What are the workouts like?
These are 50 min, total body, cardio & strength training workouts. Kayla specializes in safe and effective workouts if you are pregnant or newly postpartum but you can also be a seasoned athlete and veteran mama! These workouts can be modified to make easier or as difficult as you’d like. We will incorporate dumbbells, bosu balls, battle ropes, trx and more! These sessions will be held at my home studio in Westwood, MA (there is a private entrance leading to the gym, which has a shower if you need it).
What does the package include?
- Digital program with lifetime access (either Prenatal or Postpartum Playbook)
- Private Facebook group community for accountability, tips & motivation - lifetime access
- Monthly Zoom Special Guest Speaker (on topics like pelvic floor PT, nutrition, mindset and more!) - replays will be sent out to those who can’t attend live
- 2x monthly Zoom "Ask Me Anything"
- Unlimited text access to Kayla for 12 weeks for additional coaching & support
When do we meet?
(must have a min of 6 participants to run this series)
- 1/2/23 - 3/22/23 (class on Mon 1/30 will be moved to Th 2/3)
- Mondays @ 9AM, Wednesday @ 12:30 PM & Friday @ 12:30PM
- You can choose from 3 different workout packages: 1x, 2x or 3x/week for 12 weeks (& cost will be prorated)
- If selecting the 1x or 2x/ week option, clients must choose the same day(s) for the entire 12 weeks, not a mix
- If you miss an in-person class, you may join a virtual VIP workout instead (offered Mon 12PM, Wed 8:45AM and Thur 12PM) OR one of the other in-person SGT workouts that week if there is room
