What are the workouts like?
These are 50 min, total body, cardio & strength training workouts. They are safe if you are pregnant or newly postpartum and can be scaled up to make as difficult as you’d like. We will incorporate dumbbells, bosu balls, battle ropes, trx and more! These sessions will be held at my home studio in Westwood, MA (there is a private entrance leading to the gym, which has a shower if you need it).
What does the package include?
- 3 zoom check-in sessions (covering goal setting, nutrition coaching, accountability, & personal support) - these are recorded for those who can't attend live
- Private Facebook group community for accountability, tips & motivation
- Unlimited access to Kayla for 8 weeks
When do we meet?
(must have a min of 6 participants to run this series)
- Oct 3 - Nov 30 (no class 10/10 or 11/23)
- Mondays @ 9AM, Wednesdays @ 1PM
- If selecting the 1x week option, clients must choose either all Mondays OR all Wednesdays, not a mix
- Make up week for one missed session: Dec 5 & 8
Investment
- $280 for 1x week series
