Kayla began her fitness career over 10 years ago when she successfully transformed her lifestyle and lost 30 pounds. She became extremely passionate about helping others do the same and since then, obtained numerous fitness, nutrition and pre & postnatal certifications. After training many clients, and  preparing to have her own children, Kayla realized how confusing the information is for women who want to workout safely during and after pregnancy.  Kayla dove in and spent months creating the ultimate pre & postnatal programs.  

Kayla is the creator and founder of Your Fit Mom  and her signature programs, The Ideal Pregnancy, Beyond the Bump, and The Pre and Postnatal Playbooks. She helps new and expecting moms workout safely and effectively so they can bounce back fast without injuring themselves and spending hours in the gym.
