Kayla Mehr, Founder & Owner of Your Fit Mom, began her fitness career over a decade ago when she successfully transformed her lifestyle and lost 30 pounds. She began teaching group fitness, small bootcamps, and doing personal training. She’s obtained numerous fitness and nutrition certifications, including pre and postnatal certifications. After training many pre and postnatal clients while preparing to have her own children, Kayla realized how little information is available to pregnant women who want to be healthy and active--and how confusing the available information is.
